A Palestinian journalist who is near Al-Aqsa University in West Khan Yunis (Neva Dekalim area), reports that Israeli tanks are at a point near the university and that an IDF checkpoint was set up there last night through which all the displaced persons staying in the schools in West Khan Yunis are being evacuated south to Rafah.
