Following the “Belt of Fire” attacks in Nuseirat, Israeli military reporters reveal this morning that it was an attempt to assassinate Marwan Issa, the deputy of Muhammad Deif (the head of the military wing of Hamas), a member of the political bureau of Hamas and responsible for the connection between the military wing of Hamas to the Political Bureau, a function previously held by Yahya Sinwar.

Currently, the Palestinian channels mainly quote the channels in Israel and do not contribute any additional information regarding Issa’s fate.
I will also point out that there have been communication and internet problems in Nuseirat in recent days, according to Gazan surfers.

As mentioned, on Sunday morning, Palestinian channels reported that the IDF attacked about ten buildings and shops in Nuseirat but added in the same breath that there were no casualties in these attacks.

It would be really nice if Issa vaporized in honor of Ramadan, but there is still no indication of this from the Palestinian side.
It is not a move that will end the war, but it can certainly be a nice contribution.
