The leader of the Democratic majority in the US Senate, Chuck Schumer, called for new elections in Israel: “Netanyahu is an obstacle to peace, his coalition is harming Israel. It cannot hope to succeed as an ostracized country, that operates contrary to the rest of the world.”
Falih Al-Fayyadh, who heads the Iraqi al-Hashd ash-Shaabi organization (the umbrella organization of all the Shia militias), vigorously denies the report by Reuters 👆 according to which forces from the organization entered Syrian territory to help the Assad regime.
