The Palestinians report that a number of buildings in the western part of Rafah (Tal al-Saltan neighborhood) have received an evacuation notice, including the Zo al-Norin Mosque, which is the largest mosque in Rafah.
Palestinian sources report that as a result of these evacuation notices, a large movement of displaced persons outside of Rafah was recorded, even in areas where no evacuation notice was received from the Israeli side.

The meaning of these words is that the Gazan population is also being evacuated from West Rafah, even though it has not yet been required by the IDF (the population evacuation instructions to Khan Yunis were only from the East Rafah territories).
The Gazans internalize that West Rafah is the next target to which the IDF will advance.
