The Sha’ab news agency reports on an interview of former Fatah official Muhammad Dahlan to the Economist about “the day after the defeat of Hamas in Gaza” (this despite the title of the interview being “the vision for the day after the war”-AA).
The Hamas-affiliated Sha’ab agency notes that the “peace plan” of the senior Palestinian Salam Fayyad regarding the Gaza Strip was also discussed.

The conversation about the day after is important and good in my opinion, it makes it clear to Hamas and also to Gazans that the rule of Hamas will cease to exist. This is something that is not easy for them to digest and understand immediately. It’s a process. And the process has began.
