Tamer Nasharti sustained sever burns to the face in an explosion at a PIJ checkpoint at one of the entrances to the city about a week ago (👆), ultimately dying of his injuries this morning.
A Second military operative named Udai Abu Hamza, who was also injured in the same explosion incident, is still receiving medical treatment.
Tamer was a member of the Islamic Jihad’s “combat engineering” unit, nicknamed “the IED lion” for his expertise at making explosive devices.
He will not be missed…
