After these words, Hamas jumped published a sharp condemnation, saying “this gives Europeans cover for the continuation of Israeli crimes against children and civilians”.

This is certainly a welcome change on the part of the European Union, which accepts the Israeli position regarding the hospitals in Gaza. The fresh position is especially important in view of the phase of the fighting we are in – the evacuation of the hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
