After reaching a record high exchange rate of 25,500 Lebanese liras to the dollar, the Lebanese currency has increased its value this morning, and is now at an exchange rate of 21,900 liras per dollar.
This comes in the wake of the Lebanese Information Minister’s intention to resign today, due to the political crisis he caused with Saudi Arabia, which has a significant economic impact on Lebanon.
