The official Syrian news agency reported tonight that around 02:25 Syrian time (01:25 Israel time) the IDF attacked in southern Damascus.
According to the Syrian announcement, there were no casualties and only property damage was caused.
Sources associated with the Syrian opposition report that targets were attacked in the A-Sayida Zainab area in the south of Damascus – a stronghold of the Iranian forces in the Syrian capital and near a prominent Shiite religious site.
