The Pentagon: Two American F-15s attacked an Iranian Revolutionary Guards facility in eastern Syria where ammunition is stored.

This is a response to the chain of attacks against our forces in Iraq and Syria. We are prepared to take additional steps to protect our forces. We are not interested in escalation.
