One of the planes landed at the Aleppo International Airport, and the other at an airport near Homs. Both planes are linked to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC).
Since Nasrallah’s speech on Iran’s Jerusalem Day, in which he warned that the policy of the axis of resistance towards Israeli attacks in Syria could change at any moment, at least five Iranian cargo planes have landed.
No airstrikes attributed to Israel against Syrian airports, or surroundings warehouses, have been reported since then.
