Unlike previous weeks, Hamas is not making any special efforts this evening to bring the crowds out to the streets tomorrow, after the Friday prayer.

There are almost no calls for it. Senior Hamas officials do not urge people to go out to the streets and “flood the borders”.

Do they know something we don’t about tomorrow or have they despaired of the effectiveness of the demonstrations on Fridays?
